These terms apply to your use of Eat2Live (the "Service"), available on Google Play and at eat2live.app. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

The Service

Eat2Live is a calorie, macro, weight, and fasting tracker. The free tier includes a small cross-promotional panel for our other app; a paid ad-free subscription removes it.

Subscriptions and billing

Ad-free subscriptions are available monthly ($4.99) or annually ($50), billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor (RevenueCat, via Google Play Billing or our web checkout, depending on how you subscribe). Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through your Google Play subscriptions page or your subscription management portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period, and no partial-period refund is issued for time already paid for.

Refunds

Charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law, by Google Play's own refund policy for purchases made there, or at our discretion. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us using the address below.

Account and data

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You can export your food log or permanently delete your account and data at any time from the app's Profile screen — see deleting your account for details.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
